The TROVA Philosophy

We Don’t Just Create Objects. We Create Possibilities.

At TROVA, every design begins with curiosity. We combine digital craftsmanship, modern 3D printing and an eye for detail to create pieces that are expressive, personal and purposeful.

Materials & finishes

What your piece is made of.

Not sure which to choose? Pick “advise me” on your inquiry and we’ll recommend one.

Matte PLA

A plant-based plastic with a soft, stone-like finish. Crisp detail and lots of colours.

Best for décor, planters, models

Silk PLA

A glossy, metallic-looking finish in gold, copper, silver and pearl. Looks premium with no painting.

Best for diyas, vases, sculptures

Translucent PLA

Lets light glow through it. The thickness of each area controls how bright it shines.

Best for lamps & lithophanes

Resin & PETG

Resin captures tiny details like faces and jewellery. PETG is tough, heat- and water-resistant.

Best for figurines & functional parts

Caring for your piece: keep printed pieces out of direct sun and hot cars, dust with a soft dry brush, and wipe with a slightly damp cloth. Vases need the watertight liner for fresh water.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

How much does a custom piece cost?

It depends on size, material and finishing time. Most gifts and décor pieces fall between ₹700 and ₹3,000; hand-painted figurines and large pieces cost more. Tell us your budget and we’ll suggest the best option within it — you get a firm price on WhatsApp before anything is printed.

How long does it take?

Ready designs usually take 3–6 days to print and finish. Personalised pieces take 4–7 days and custom figurines 10–14 days, plus delivery. Need it sooner? Ask — we can often fit urgent orders in.

Will I see the design before you print?

Yes. For custom work we send you a 3D preview or a mock-up first, and only print once you approve it.

What kind of photo do you need?

A clear, well-lit photo at full resolution, with faces looking at the camera. For figurines, side and back views help a lot. Send them in the WhatsApp chat after your inquiry.

Do you deliver outside Surat?

Yes, anywhere in India by courier. In Surat we can hand-deliver or you can collect. Delivery cost is confirmed with your quote.

How do I pay?

We confirm the price on WhatsApp first. For custom work we take an advance to start, and the balance before dispatch, by UPI or bank transfer.

Can you print my STL or 3D file?

Yes. Send STL, 3MF, OBJ or STEP files on WhatsApp along with the size and material you need. We’ll check it prints well and come back with a price.

Do you take bulk or corporate orders?

Yes — branded diyas, desk pieces, awards, keychains and event giveaways. Tell us the quantity and date, and we’ll plan the batch.
